Arsenal Faces Relegation Fears

26/09/2011

The Football Club of North London fears a downfall, just a step away from the relegation zone, Team Arsenal that hasn’t won a game in six years didn’t have a good start this season too. The Gunners lost at Blackburn last Saturday which turned out to be an unexpected defeat, as everyone expected them to win this time. It looks like the future of Arsenal players is in dark for a while. With the best players lost to Barcelona and Manchester City, a lot of responsibility stands on the shoulders of each player of the team including the coach. The loss on Saturday proved to be the most painful loss of the season as it made the situation for Arsenal worsen.

Losing to a team that was on the lowest rank in the list can be real blow to the morale of the team members of Arsenal. And this is not a time for motivation therapy, as they need to make their position stronger in the League to save them from demotion.

With teams like Manchester United and Manchester City in the league winning is a far cry, but will they manage to make it to the top four to save themselves from relegation is the question everyone has been asking.

The future of Arsenal may seem doomed but there was a time the team made history, being one of the most successful football teams of all times Arsenal has won 13 First Division and Premier League titles . Also it has been the winner of 10 FA Cups. They have also had the record of completing a Premier league season totally unbeaten. As of 2010 the worth of Arsenal was calculated to be $1.2 Billion dollars and it is considered to be one of the most prestigious and valued football Association clubs in the world.

Few workers in Royal Arsenal initiated a football club in 1886 with the name of Dial Square. In 1893 the club became the first southern member of the Foot ball League. Team Arsenal has a very loyal Fan base, the Team nickname is “the Gunners,” but fans refer to them as “the Gooners.” Hopefully the black shadow over the team will not become a barrier in the coming matches and will not disappoint fans in buying Arsenal Tickets Though much of the sportsman ship and excitement will be out of the game but loyal fans never leave the side of their team. If fans appear on the benches of the stadium and cheer them it will give the Arsenal team a hope to play better and win for their supports at least.

Everyone’s fingers are crossed for the third most valuable football association club in the world, hoping they are able to get themselves out of the relegation zone, as it is still not too late to get back in form and make the magic work like before. It’s just the confidence that Arsene Wenger will have to inject in his players again so like before, fans stand in long cues to buy Arsenal Tickets.
